However, if you feel the need to complain, please do let us know as soon as possible so we can attempt to deal with your complaint at the earliest opportunity.

Handling your complaint?

We monitor the complaints@moneybrain.com email address during Monday to Friday. We will acknowledge any complaint within 24 hours.

We will endeavour to resolve any complaints within 14 working days.

 

What to do if you do not feel your complaint has been dealt with?

If you do not feel that the complaint you have raised with moneybrain.com using the above procedure has been adequately resolved then please email your concerns to gemma@moneybrain.com who will carry out a formal investigation into the way your complaint has been handled.
