You own your postcode region, and you own your company. Prestbury will license the Moneybrain trademark to you on an ongoing basis to use within your business. You own your clients within your region and all respective earnings now and in the future, subject to contract. You can sell your clients and future incomes as you see fit, the only condition is that the acquiring business/person can satisfy all fitness and proprietary tests and signs up to the Moneybrain charter.
In most instances, it will be a fellow franchisee who would look to expand their business, as it would be a natural expansion of one postcode region to the next and would be brand consistent. Prestbury would also look to facilitate the sale and purchase where possible, to keep it in the family so to speak.

Moneybrain (EH) Ltd is looking to grow their business. This is a natural
business expansion exercise that Prestbury would encourage; thereby enabling
the selling franchisee to realise their value in a controlled and trusted
environment.
